Northshore Bay Resort offers plenty of amenities for your enjoyment.  Children will spend hours on our swing/play set.  We have a big sandy area located right next to the water where kids can play to their hearts' content.  (While keeping an eye on their kids playing in the sand, mom and dad can relax on chaise lounges while basking in the sun and taking in the beautiful lake view.)

Our newly renovated Lodge offers guests a great place to shop for some souvenirs or to spend some time swapping fish stories!
The game room offers a large library, puzzles, games, a VCR/DVD player with free movies, a foosball table, mini-pool table and other activities designed to appeal to children.
As afternoon turns to evening, meet your friends and make new ones around the campfire.  We keep a supply of firewood ready at all times!
Elmwood Island Elmwood Island is located within Island Lake, just a short boat ride from our docks.  It is completely undeveloped with beautiful stands of upland Cedar.  The island offers hiking trails, fire pits, a beautiful beach and a pit toilet.  Why not pack a picnic lunch and plan to spend the day.

Bird Watching
Bird watching is a favorite activity at Northshore Bay Resort.  The sight of a bald eagle perched in a tree or soaring through the air is a thrilling site.  The Chippewa National Forest is home to more than 150 nesting pairs of bald eagles, the largest concentration in the continental United States.
